Uptown Treatment
Certain luxuries are a normal part of staying at our hotel; we call it the Uptown Treatment. This customizable signature service is included with all rooms.
😋 Meals: To feel right at home and reduce the possibility of stomach upset, guests are asked to bring their own food. Meals can be served up to 3 times daily. Please place each meal in an individual bag. Refrigerated and frozen food are accepted. Raw meat diets will not be accepted. Please note, a food prep fee of $1 per day may be applied for feedings not individually bagged or complicated feeding instructions.
🌴 Fresh Air: Guests are hand walked to covered and turfed 5’ by 30’ personal areas for potty breaks. Three potty breaks per day (morning, mid-day, and evening) are included with a hotel stay.
🏠 Housekeeping: Your pet's room is cleaned daily utilizing our state of the art Aqua Air® system, which cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes, leaving virtually no moisture and eliminating the germ and bacterial problems common with traditional kennels.
🦴Tuck In: Every night, each guest is visited by our team to ensure they are comfortable and happy. We set the food and water levels to your specifications, tidy up the room, and make sure our guests feel loved and cared for.
🔒 Security and Fire Protection: Our state-of-the-art monitored security and fire system includes infrared and motion sensors, fire monitoring and sprinkler system as part of our top notch safety and security plan. Peace of mind is a priority!
📷 Observations: Throughout every stay, pet services staff members take notes about care and activities so you can be aware of daily happenings. We welcome calls to check on your loved ones.

Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Check Out Time
1:00 PM. Check-outs after 1:00pm may be subject to a $25 late check-out fee.
All reservations are subject to a $50 refundable* deposit. Your deposit will be applied to your payment made at time of check-out. *Deposits are refunded if a cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance of the reserved check-in date.
Seasonal or peak pricing may apply to your pet's visit ($5 / calendar day / dog). We look forward to seeing you at Uptown Hounds soon!
Vaccination Requirements
The health and well-being of our Guests is of the utmost importance to us at Uptown Hounds. The following vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian are required prior to admittance for any and all services provided at Uptown Hounds:
Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), Bordetella
Any exceptions to vaccinations (i.e. puppies) must have a release form from a veterinarian.
