The Uptown Hounds Hotel was constructed to provide stress-free boarding and, just as in your own home, the rooms are enclosed by walls with artwork, not fencing. Hounds Hotel features both porcelain tile and specialty rubber flooring; a climate control system specially designed to prevent cross-contamination. The AquaAir Total Cleaning System® insures a sterile environment by using a surgery-room standard disinfectant. The traditional boarding atmosphere with chain-link fence and spray-and-drain cleaning techniques has been found to have adverse physical and psychological impacts on pets. The research and development team worked tirelessly to engineer the facility with the well-being of our guests in mind.
